Do you offer personalised or custom items?

We’re not currently offering personalised items as part of our standard collection.

However, we’re always interested in hearing ideas and discussing future possibilities. If you’re looking for something bespoke or would like to explore a custom order, please get in touch at hello@attable.co.uk.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 5–7 working days unless otherwise stated.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery. For bespoke or made-to-order pieces, lead times will be confirmed during the order process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - international shipping is available on selected orders.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?

Yes - you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@attable.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

How are orders packaged?

All orders are carefully packaged to protect items in transit. We aim to use packaging that is secure, thoughtful, and as low-waste as possible.
