Delivery & Returns
We want every AtTable order to arrive safely and feel considered from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches you. You can find details on delivery and returns below.
Delivery
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5–7 working days unless otherwise stated. For bespoke or made-to-order pieces, lead times will be confirmed during the order process.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are carefully packaged to protect items in transit. We aim to use packaging that is secure, thoughtful, and as low-waste as possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@attable.co.uk and we’ll look into it.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return an item. Once approved, items should be returned promptly.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in original packaging where possible
- Carefully packaged for safe transit
- Free from damage, marks, or signs of use
We may not be able to accept items that are not in a resaleable condition.
Return Shipping
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
- Please ensure items are securely packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during return transit due to insufficient packaging
How to Start a Return
Please email hello@attable.co.uk with your order number and details before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
You’re welcome to include a reason for your return, as it helps us improve, but this isn’t required.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll confirm the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate and cover return costs if needed.
Bespoke or Made-to-Order Items
Bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
